Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social buzz(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Social buzz is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows you to create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social media accounts. The Service may include features such as content calendars, media libraries, analytics, and integrations with third-party platforms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Social Media Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf as needed to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of each connected platform. Using browser extensions or other tools to interact with a platform may violate its terms of service and could result in your account being suspended or banned. Social buzz is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy at the time of purchase
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
